Tapeline Size Chart support
Tapeline Size Chart adds a size guide button to your product pages. The button opens a size table that you set up once per collection.
Set it up
1. Create a chart
Open the app from your Shopify admin and choose Add chart. Give it a name, pick the collection it belongs to, and fill in the table. You can add and remove rows and columns. An optional note appears under the table, for measuring tips or fit advice.
2. Add the block to your product template
The app home page has a button that opens the theme editor with the Size chart block ready to add. You can also go to Online Store > Themes > Customize, open a product template, choose Add block, and pick Size chart under Apps. Place it where it fits, usually near the variant picker, then save the theme.
3. Check a product page
Open a product from the chart’s collection. A Size guide button appears where you placed the block, and it opens the table. Products outside the collection show nothing.
Common questions
The block doesn’t appear in the theme editor
The block is offered only once you have at least one chart, so create a chart first. It also needs an Online Store 2.0 theme, one whose product page accepts app blocks. Every current Shopify theme does; some older vintage themes don’t.
The button doesn’t show on a product
The button only shows on products that belong to a collection with a chart. In the theme editor, a product without a chart shows a short note in place of the button to explain why. Shoppers see nothing there.
Can I change the button text or style?
Yes. Select the block in the theme editor to change the button text, the heading of the size table, the button style and its alignment.
How many charts can I make?
The Free plan includes one chart. The Unlimited plan removes the limit. Both plans cover any number of products.
How do I change my plan?
Choose Change plan in the Plan card on the app home page. Plan changes and billing go through Shopify, so you never need to contact us to upgrade or downgrade.
What happens to my charts if I uninstall?
Charts are stored in your Shopify store, not on our servers, and Shopify removes them with the app. Reinstalling starts with an empty chart list.
